
Gwinnett County is gearing up to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with Cultural Night, set for tomorrow, May 30. Held at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the event aims to honor the diversity and significant contributions of the AAPI community under this year's theme, "Choosing Humanity." The night promises a display of cultural richness through performances and activities that symbolize the AAPI's heritage, according to an announcement made by the county.
As part of the festivities, attendees can expect to experience a wide array of performances. From dance to music, the county will showcase what makes its AAPI communities tick. With a blend of entertainment lined up, organizers have emphasized that the event is not only an educational opportunity but also a celebration of the myriad cultures that thrive within Gwinnett.
