
The Long Beach Police Department has reported that officers were summoned to a shooting incident in the 5000 block of Falcon Avenue on the night of May 3. According to the official police blotter, the call came in around 10:15 p.m. about shots fired, which was later confirmed to be a shooting directed at an occupied residence.
Police have confirmed that upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered physical evidence of a shooting having taken place. Fortunately, no individual was hurt in this occurrence. The incident has left residents without a suspect or motive, as both remain unclear at this time. According to authorities, the investigation into this no-hit shooting is actively ongoing.
The LBPD has not yet released any details about potential leads or what kind of evidence was found at the scene. They are also urging anyone who might know about the shooting to come forward.
