According to the police, Kho, an Asian male with limited cognitive abilities, had been missing since 1:15 p.m. last Saturday and was last seen wandering the parking lot of Zion Market.
Concerns were heightened due to Kho's cognitive condition, which made his ability to navigate back home unassisted unlikely. The police issued an alert detailing his last known whereabouts and describing his clothing, including a light brown collared shirt, grey pants, grey shoes, and rope bracelets on both hands.
