He was reportedly heading to the park located at 3000 27th Street but failed to return home, sparking concerns for his safety.
Dominiq Bell is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. When he was last observed, he was wearing a black windbreaker jacket, khaki pants, and black sneakers.
