Reported missing from the 24th District, Mr. Hernandez Hernandez is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 3 inches tall, with a weight of about 120 pounds.
Noted by the authorities to have a thin build, Mr. Hernandez also has a distinctive large cross tattoo on his right leg. However, details pertaining to his attire at the time he went missing have not been made available. Community members are being encouraged to come forward with any information that may help to quickly locate him. The Philadelphia Police have asked anyone who might know anything to not delay to reach out to the East Detective Division.
