The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an appeal to the public, requesting their help in locating David Moses, an individual reported as an endangered missing person. Moses was last seen last Friday in the vicinity of the 55xx block of Old York Rd around 7:15 pm, apparently on his way toward Broad Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Moses is described as being 32 years of age, standing at 5’9", and weighing around 250 lbs. with a heavy build. He has brown eyes and is known to have a distinctive tattoo on his right upper arm, one that features a heart pierced by a dagger. When last spotted, he was dressed in a green windbreaker, gray sweatpants, a navy blue shirt, and white Adidas sneakers, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.
