The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an alert, calling on the community to assist in the search for Carol Epps, a 59-year-old woman reported missing from the city's 17th District. Epps, who resides at 14xx S. 28th St., has been described as 5’9” tall, weighing about 190 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Emergency services, which included Police and Fireboard personnel, promptly reacted and gained entry to the home only to find that Ms. Epps was nowhere to be seen. With the initial details surrounding her disappearance remaining scarce, the Philadelphia Police reported.
