The young man is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. When he disappeared, he was driving a 2013 green Chevrolet Express Cargo Van, bearing Pennsylvania license plate ZLX-2128.
In their continuous efforts to locate Sypherd, the police are urging anyone with potentially relevant information to come forward and assist in the search.
