In a straightforward effort to raise public awareness around the plight of the missing, St. Johns County Sheriff's Office took to social media to mark National Missing Children's Day on May 25, urging the community to help bring these children home. This call to action was accompanied by a visit to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's website, a central resource in the ongoing search for missing youth. The symbol of the day in Florida was emblazoned on a poster, designed by a 5th grader named Cali from Broward County, representing the state for the 2025 National Missing Children's Day Poster Contest.
Highlighted in the Sheriff's office's post was the case of Angel Cline, a young girl who has been missing from St. Johns County since February 19, 2025. Described as a runaway, the office expressed concern for her safety and welfare. Clad in a green and white hooded sweatshirt, blue plaid pajama pants, and black and white skater-style shoes at the time of her disappearance, Cline was reported last seen carrying a black drawstring backpack, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
The SJSO provided details for those with information regarding Angel Cline's whereabouts. Tips and leads can be directed to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office at (904) 824-8304, or via email at [email protected]. Additionally, the community can opt to remain anonymous and, could even earn a cash reward by contacting Crime Stoppers of North East Florida at 888-277-TIPS (8477).
