The White Settlement community is gearing up for a day of interactive fun focusing on the vehicles that serve and protect them. The White Settlement Police Department announced, via a social media post, their annual "Touch A Truck" event. Scheduled to take place at the Splash Dayz parking lot located at 405 N Las Vegas Trail, families in the area are invited to explore a variety of service vehicles. The event will be held from 9 am to 12 pm, allowing attendees to get up close with police, fire, military, and public works vehicles.
For those with a penchant for cool trucks and emergency vehicles, this is an opportunity to see and touch. Children and adults alike can expect to experience the interior of a fire truck or sit in the driver’s seat of a military vehicle.
The department promises many other cool vehicles for attendees to explore. Adding to the day's excitement, Kona Ice will offer a refreshing treat while visitors engage with the various apparatus.
