According to the Boston Police Department, the incident happened around 2:20 PM near 58 Summer Street. The suspect is described as a white male, possibly of Asian descent, with a ponytail. He was wearing a baseball cap, a yellow or tan hoodie, blue jeans, and carrying a black backpack. He was last seen riding a light-colored bicycle down Otis Street toward Federal Street and was later spotted on Milk Street heading in the same direction around 2:25 PM.
