
A request for public assistance has been issued to locate two additional suspects involved in an alleged attempted murder and the illegal provision of alcohol to minors. According to the Catawba County Sheriff's Office Facebook post, Ke'andre O'neal Mack, 19, of Hickory, is facing a charge of Attempted First Degree Murder, connected to crimes for which Garon Killian and Toland Huff have also been charged. Mack, now on the run, is considered armed and dangerous.
Further details provided by the Catawba County Sheriff's Office state that Mack's alleged accomplice, Toland Huff, remains at large and is also considered armed and dangerous, adding a heightened sense of urgency to their appeal for information. Patrick Lee Tolbert, 22, another Hickory resident, has been slapped with three counts of Aiding and Abetting a Person Under 21 Years of Age by Allowing the Possession of Alcoholic Beverages. These charges are tied to Tolbert's role in organizing and promoting a party where the offenses allegedly took place.
Authorities are actively seeking Tolbert's whereabouts and ask anyone with information to come forward and contact the Catawba County Sheriff's Office at 828-464-3112. In a related arrest, Raekwon Malik Craig, a 21-year-old from Taylorsville, has been taken into custody on similar charges of aiding and abetting about the same event. Craig is currently being held without bond in the Catawba County Detention Facility and has a first appearance scheduled in Catawba County District Court on June 5.
