Two employees of the Dallas Police Department found themselves on the wrong side of the law this past weekend, according to department reports. His arrest for DWI, a Class B misdemeanor, was conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety. Hance is currently on administrative leave, pending an internal investigation. Similarly, Eunsup Kim, associated with the department since June 1995 and serving in the Office of Community Affairs, faces the same charges after being apprehended by the Dallas Police Department itself.
