A native expert in law, Ms. Killin is no stranger to the court's demands, given her extensive legal background. Serving as a Special County Attorney for the Human Services Departments of Phillips and Sedgwick counties, her tenure there spanned from 1999 to 2006, overseeing legal matters for the community's most vulnerable. With a B.S. from Regis University and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, her educational foundation complements a career spooled with varied legal threads.
