
Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding 16-year-old Hadia McNeely, who went missing around 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, near the 2300 block of S. 23rd St. She is 4'9" tall, weighs about 110 pounds, has shoulder-length brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of three butterflies on her right arm. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, tights, and slides, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Renowned for her frequentation of specific Philly locales, Hadia is known to spend time around 17th & Lehigh Ave, 17th & York Sts, and 2100 Taney Ter. In a focused effort to secure any leads, the South Detective Division has made a direct appeal, asking anyone with information on Hadia's current location to contact them at (215) 686-3013/14, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.
