The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public to help locate Stefhen Harcum, a missing endangered person reportedly last seen in South Philadelphia. Harcum, whose disappearance has raised concerns, was last sighted on Thursday at approximately 2:25 p.m. on the 19xx block of S 6th St, according to officials.
Authorities described Harcum as a 36-year-old man, standing at 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 340 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black windbreaker, black sweatpants, and black shoes. The Philadelphia Police Department is asking anyone who may have information to come forward and assist with the search.
The Philadelphia Police Department has established a contact line for South Detectives at 215-686-3013 for anyone with information about Stefhen’s whereabouts. The public is also reminded to call 911 in case of emergencies.
