The 17-year-old was reported last seen last Friday, around 1:00 a.m., in the vicinity of the 7600 block of East Roosevelt Boulevard, according to an official news release from the Philadelphia Police Department's website.
Details provided describe Savannah as standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a medium build, weighing approximately 170 pounds, and having brown eyes. During the time she was last seen, she was wearing a black t-shirt, jean pants, and was also carrying her pet cat, "Whisker," in a cat carrier case.
