The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking two individuals in connection with an armed robbery that followed a traffic incident on June 14. The incident occurred at 1400 Glenwood Avenue.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department report, the complainant was driving eastbound on Glenwood Avenue when another vehicle exited a gas station and collided with his car. After the collision, two unknown Black males got out of the other vehicle and engaged in a verbal argument with the complainant. When the complainant attempted to photograph their license plate, one of the individuals displayed a firearm and took the complainant's cellphone. Both suspects then fled westbound on the 1400 block of W. Glenwood Avenue.
The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is investigating and has released video footage of the incident. No information has been released regarding injuries or the value of the stolen property.
