When the complainant attempted to photograph their license plate, one of the individuals displayed a firearm and took the complainant's cellphone. Both suspects then fled westbound on the 1400 block of W. Glenwood Avenue.

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is investigating and has released video footage of the incident. No information has been released regarding injuries or the value of the stolen property.
