A three-vehicle collision in Ka’aawa on Sunday afternoon resulted in three individuals being taken to the hospital with serious injuries, Honolulu Emergency Medical Services reported. The incident, which occurred just after 3 p.m., required the attention of first responders who tended to the injured at the scene. KHON2 disclosed that the patients included a 25-year-old male, a 21-year-old male, and a 56-year-old female.
A 25-year-old man and two others were taken to the hospital in serious condition. A fourth man, around 40 years old, had minor injuries and chose not to go to the hospital, as per KHON2.

As per the reports, first responders reacted swiftly upon notification of the crash and administered necessary medical assessments at the scene before deciding who required hospitalization.
