Mark your calendars for a vibrant evening at Mallway Park, because UA Parks & Rec is rolling out the fourth annual Arts on Arlington community event on June 12. As a highlight of the UA Performance Series, this affair is all about putting the spotlight on local creatives, from artists and crafters to performers.

Expect to see an array of handmade treasures from local vendors such as Deme Art Studio, ORRiginals, and Valerie Long Jewelry, showcasing everything from paintings and wood signs to artisan jewelry. If it's uniqueness you're after, kissed. Art, along with NM Aromatherapy, will be offering their painted aesthetics, aromatic candles, and more. But that's not all, Megan Lee Designs will display screen-printed apparel, WeeNotes Paper brings cards and paper goods to the table, while OohMyGouche Watercolors, ME Fine Arts, Busy Beaver Arts and Crafts, Kind Heart Art, and Be-Stow Leather Arts will present their various artful offerings. Giving Brush Studios will also contribute to this visual feast with their paintings, as noted in an event announcement shared by the City of Upper Arlington's official website.

This cultural shindig isn't just about the visual arts; it's also set to entertain with some foot-tapping performances. Starting at 6 pm, Jessica Flowers & The New Bloom will take the stage, followed by Cami Nyx & The Shades at 7:30 pm, ensuring an evening suffused with melodies.

Don't worry about going hungry or thirsty, either. The Daily Growler is on the scene with beer, wine, and seltzer sales (remember, they prefer plastic over paper, so bring those credit cards). And for the foodies, a variety of food trucks will be on hand to sate every conceivable craving.
