According to 12News, the California-based restaurant chain aims to open its doors in Scottsdale in 2026, intending to serve up farm-fresh options that have garnered a following on the West Coast since the company's inception in 2005.
Chosen for its first foray into the Grand Canyon State, the Scottsdale Promenade location will feature both indoor and outdoor dining options, detailed in a release obtained by ABC15. Situated near Scottsdale Road and Paradise Lane, the upcoming 3,000 square-foot space will include a 500 square-foot patio, aiming to cater to the health-conscious community that Vestar's leasing and development manager, Harrison Cole, mentioned in the news release.
Kevin Miles, CEO of Mendocino Farms, expressed the company's eagerness to expand, highlighting Arizona as a significant market in their growth plan. "Arizona has been a key growth market on our list as we continue expanding our footprint across the U.S.," Miles told 12News.
