Clark County’s Navigation Center, which opened on July 1, 2023, recently marked its two-year anniversary. The facility, converted from a former Motel 6, provides temporary housing and essential services to people experiencing homelessness. According to the Clark County, the center has helped 1,784 individuals and offers services including onsite telehealth, pharmacy support, mental health care, and case management.

Clark County Commission Chair Tick Segerblom emphasized the impact of the Navigation Center, stating, "The Navigation Center reflects our ongoing commitment to support our unhoused neighbors. For two years, this facility has empowered individuals with the resources and support they need to transition from the streets to stable housing." The center has become a regional model for addressing homelessness by providing critical support services and helping individuals move toward long-term stability.

The Navigation Center in Clark County has helped hundreds of residents reconnect with their families and move into supportive housing. Marce Casal, CEO of WC Health, said, “We are extremely grateful for the County's partnership in developing the Navigation Center. It has been a tremendous asset to the community and has impacted hundreds of Clark County residents in reconnecting with their families and returning to community living through supportive housing.” The center was created through a partnership between WC Health and the county to provide services for people experiencing homelessness.
