The Delaware State Police have released the names of the two individuals who perished in a tragic vehicular accident near Selbyville. 22-year-old Veronika McCoy of Berlin, Maryland, and 77-year-old Douglas Bachtell from Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, lost their lives in the collision, as informed by the State Police official website.
