According to the post from the Glendale Fire Department's Facebook page, his build up a wealth of experience in various capacities including the K9 unit, Special Investigations, and Patrol. Most recently, he served as the Administrative Services Commander before stepping into his new role as Assistant Chief.
Ochoa's multiple decades with the Glendale Police Department (GPD) have culminated in a leadership role that seems to have been applauded by his peers across different sectors of public service in Glendale. His work has not only earned him respect but also the trust necessary to lead.
