The Council on Accreditation (COA) has granted Hillsborough County Children's Services its seal of approval, once again. In the relentless pursuit of delivering quality care, the agency has managed to hold its ground for 15 years, adhering to national standards and showing no signs of slowing down in its commitment to quality improvement.
Not every institution can boast a process that breezes through reaccreditation, but Children's Services has done it for the second consecutive time. An expedited review was awarded to the agency, honoring their record with no compliance issues in vital areas, with fewer steps indicating a sturdy, unwavering performance, as per a recent announcement.
By offering 24-hour residential respite and emergency shelter programs, Children's Services takes on the significant task of supporting youth aged 10-17 who find themselves in precarious situations.
