According to CBS News Los Angeles, Cruz-Arenas has been booked on suspicion of two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and one count of driving under the influence causing death/injury. The collision prompted a blockage on Limonite Avenue, which lasted until approximately 11:55 a.m. as investigators analyzed the scene and gathered evidence.
