He was stopped for a traffic violation on Monday, and officers found the moped’s Vehicle Identification Number was defaced. He was arrested for Defaced Serial Numbers of a Moped, as reported by the Honolulu Police Department.
A man is facing arson charges for an incident last Saturday, where he allegedly used a Molotov cocktail to start a fire. He is also a suspect in a separate arson case from June 20, which is being investigated as Arson in the First Degree. Authorities said the charges are still pending with the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney, as stated by the Honolulu Police Department.
