KOCO reports that at around 2 p.m., 51-year-old Richard Rodriguez was driving north on 96th Street when he failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by a motorhome traveling west on Slaughterville Road.

The impact resulted in Rodriguez's pickup rolling over, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. According to a statement by the Slaughterville Fire Department, as News 9 obtained, the driver of the second vehicle, operating a motorhome, was released with no injuries.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the driver of the motorhome as 59-year-old Gary James Marsh, OKC FOX reported. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the exact circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.
