The web of allegations around a former Pewaukee school bus driver has ensnared additional victims, according to recent reports. Thomas Felser, already facing charges of child sexual assault, has now been charged with new counts of sexual misconduct after investigators reviewed surveillance footage from his bus. WISN detailed that the identified victims were approached by Felser under the guise of a game called "playing monster," inevitably leading where he would sexually assault them.
Additional to already severe accusations, the criminal complaint has been updated to include four new felony charges. Prosecutors are leveling a more severe case against the 62-year-old with first-degree child sexual assault amongst other charges directly related to his conduct as a school staff member. FOX 6 Now reported these developments Wednesday, shining light on a situation that seems to delve deeper into darkness with each revelation.
Felser was originally charged back in May after allegations surfaced involving inappropriate contact with a 6-year-old girl between September and May. Since then, the case has quickly to expand, with the most recent charges coming after prosecutors allegedly discovered new evidence implicating Felser in assaults involving two additional children. The bond for Felser was previously set at an amount reflective of the crimes' serious nature, reported at $350,000.
GM Today highlighted a pattern in Felser's disturbing interactions with the children, stating that after the additional charges in late May, prosecutors clearly believe Felser to repeatedly have abused his position of trust within the school system.
