The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an assault case reported to have taken place last month. According to information released, the incident occurred on June 15, along the 4800 block of Trinity Place in West Philadelphia.
The altercation began as a verbal dispute when the victim, who was in the process of retrieving a package for a neighbor, engaged with a male sitting on the porch of the property. The exchange escalated quickly, and the situation turned physical, leaving the victim with injuries. The police have not provided specific details on the severity of the victim's injuries.
In their call for public assistance, the Philadelphia Police Department did not include descriptions of the suspect. They have, however, released video footage from the scene and are asking anyone with information to step forward.
