Altrevon was last seen on the evening of Monday, at around 6:00 p.m. near Steinber Street in the city's 24th District.
Known to hang around the vicinity of the Scanlon Recreation Center on East Venango Street and the 5500 block of Addison Street, the missing youth is described as being 5’7″ tall, weighing 118 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair, the police report stated, consequently the authorities are asking anyone within these areas to be especially vigilant and report any sightings. He was last spotted wearing black pants, a black and gray t-shirt, white socks, and black sneakers.
