
During a routine warrant service in Santa Rosa on Tuesday, Sonoma County deputies stumbled upon an illegal arsenal belonging to 33-year-old Tyler Stolz. According to Sonoma Sheriff's social media post, a probation search of Stolz's residence revealed multiple unregistered firearms, ammunition, and what appeared to be stolen tools.
Authorities confirmed that Stolz, a convicted felon, is barred from possessing firearms and ammunition. Despite this restriction, deputies encountered an assorted collection of firearms and rounds at his home. Stolz was taken into custody without incident and is currently held at the Sonoma County Jail. He is facing an array of charges, including felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of stolen property, and manufacturing/assembling a firearm without a serial number.
As per the Sheriff's Office, Stolz is currently being held without bail.
