As Friday, Aug. 15 rolls around, the library's commitment to holistic wellness ushers in Feel Good Fridays from 2 to 3 p.m., inviting adults to delve into the art of tranquility with different meditation techniques shared by the library staff in the Crawford Meeting Room, suggesting a diversity of methods to align with varied individual preferences, requiring no prior registration, exemplifying accessibility and the library's embracement of diverse relaxation practices for all walks of life.
