Today, the NobleReach™ Foundation has disclosed its plans to usher in three members of its 2025 class of NobleReach Scholars to join forces with the Oklahoma City Office of Innovation and the Department of Information Technology. Their mission for the year? To bring their data science and business process innovation skills to the city's technological development front.

As advancements in technology continue shaping how government services are delivered, Oklahoma City is at the forefront with strides to refine operations. Dr. Kelly Williams, Oklahoma City's Chief Innovation Officer, in a statement obtained by the Oklahoma City newsroom, expressed enthusiasm: "Positioning ourselves to make the most of technology into the future means ensuring we have the right people in place to implement it."

The NobleReach Foundation is casting its scholarly net across the nation, tasking Scholars with bolstering efforts in four pivotal areas: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, business process innovation, and materials manufacturing. Each chose for their exceptional expertise, the Scholars represent a group of 28 recent graduates and early-career professionals from a competitive pool of over 1200 applicants hailing from upwards of 100 universities nationwide, pinpointed to play key roles in tech positions within the public sector. NobleReach CEO Arun Gupta illustrated the Scholars' commitment, telling the Oklahoma City newsroom, "The depth and dedication of our applicant pool shows that young people continue to be extremely interested in public service."

But the Scholars aren't merely being tossed into the deep end of the tech talent pool. Alongside their full-time employment, they'll dip into a fund for relocation and initialization with a pre-placement stipend, receive an orientation bootcamp, quarterly professional development workshops, and one-on-one mentorships from area leaders. They emerge not only as learned individuals in their fields but also as seasoned novices in public service tech talents. "The challenges we face can only be solved with the full participation of all our national assets, across sectors, disciplines and localities," according to the Honorable Lisa Disbrow, NobleReach Board Chair, emphasizing the program's objective to forge leaders who grasp the significance of public service in ensuring national security, as per the Oklahoma City release.

Those looking to become part of this initiative can mark their calendars; NobleReach will start the application engine for the 2026 cohort in Fall 2025.
