
The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the community in the search for Hector Rivera, a 13-year-old boy reported missing since last Friday. Hector was last seen on the 4500 block of Bleigh Avenue, according to a public notice the Philadelphia Police Department released.
Standing 5’7” tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, Hector is identified by his stocky build, hazel eyes, and curly brown hair. His last known outfit consisted of green and black Nike sweatpants paired with a white t-shirt, a description provided with the intent to aid public recognition. If anyone possesses information pertinent to Hector’s current location, they are strongly encouraged to reach out to Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3153, the police urged.
The urgency of locating missing juveniles cannot be overstated, as the immediate hours following a child’s disappearance are often critical in ensuring their safe return.
