Not seen since 1:00 PM, Stanford's last known whereabouts were on the 5500 block of Pearl Street, as stated by the Philadelphia Police Department.
Described as 6 feet tall and weighing 150 pounds, he has brown eyes and black hair. The details, scant as they are, have painted a picture of Stanford for anyone who might come across him. Anyone who might have caught a glimpse or crossed paths is encouraged to step forward with information that might lead to his location.
