Described as 5’1” in height and weighing around 100 lbs., Stephen has blonde hair and hazel eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue 76ers shirt and grey shorts; his physical characteristics are being circulated in hopes that members of the community might recognize him and provide leads to his whereabouts.
