
The North Royalton Police Department is currently searching for a missing 17-year-old boy, Connor Piepsny, who was last seen on the evening of Wednesday, August 13. Connor is described as approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 145 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was last spotted wearing a white and tan hoodie, black shorts, and white Nike shoes featuring a blue swoosh.
A notice issued by the North Royalton Police Department and reported by Cleveland19 News indicates that Connor left home in a black 2007 Toyota Camry, license plate KHA5647, at around 6:40 PM. A concerning detail of his departure is that he took with him a gun and ammunition. Although no direct threats were made, his actions were said to be completely out of character.
The vehicle was last seen near State Route 18 and State Route 94 in Medina County at 7:05 PM. His phone's last location was tracked near US-250 and US-36 in Uhrichsville in Tuscarawas County at 8:25 PM, according to a post from the North Royalton Police Department on social media. Despite efforts, the search for Connor has thus far been unsuccessful.
The North Royalton Police have advised the public not to approach Connor if spotted, but to contact authorities immediately. News 5 Cleveland reported on the case, echoing this instruction for the safety of both Connor and the community. Recognizable features of his car include miniature red boxing gloves hanging from the rearview mirror. No known associates or destinations have been identified at this time.
