A history graduate from Davidson College, he embarked on a four-year commitment with the Army, where he was commissioned and rose to the rank of Captain. Following his military service, he pursued law, earning his degree from Wake Forest University Law School and serving as a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Claude Hilton. With a firm grasp on both military and legal disciplines, Boyle's multifaceted background situates him uniquely to address the challenges lying ahead in his latest public service role.
