According to Arapahoe County, the VSO has become a cornerstone for aiding those who have served, by handling an impressive volume of over 7,000 phone calls, and facilitating more than 800 in-person and virtual appointments.
The outreach didn't halt at phone inquiries; the office also assisted in filing 442 new federal claims alongside 610 additional applications and claim correspondences.
