A 61-year-old man from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been charged with a series of crimes related to child sexual exploitation and cyberstalking. United States Attorney David Metcalf has announced that Mark Wills, who operated under multiple aliases, including “Lorenzo Guerra,” “Alex Harrison,” and several others, is facing a substantial number of federal charges. After being detained since August 12, the indictment handed down accuses Wills of employing various means of online communication to manipulate and coerce minors into sending him sexually explicit images.

According to an indictment from the U.S. Attorney's Office, from June 2024 to January 2025, Wills used the internet to knowingly entice minors to engage in explicit conduct, the victims were identified as Minor #1, Minor #2, and Minor #3 – all under the age of 18. Wills is also accused of distributing and possessing child pornography, with at least one image depicting a child under 12 years of age.

The accusations extend beyond the creation and distribution of unlawful material. Wills allegedly engaged in cyberstalking involving at least two victims, causing severe emotional distress. Furthermore, the indictment claims he threatened to harm one of the minors and their family if they did not comply with his demands for explicit material.

Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched by the Department of Justice in May 2006, is integral to the pursuit of cases such as this. This particular case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Nelson S.T. Thayer, Jr. and, if Wills is convicted, he may face life imprisonment. The collaboration between the Bucks County District Attorney's Office and the FBI, with Homeland Security Investigations contributing, underscores the widespread effort to curb the exploitation of children through the internet.

While Wills is currently held in federal custody, it is important to reiterate that the charges against him are allegations. As with all defendants in the American legal system, Wills is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
