
Authorities in Detroit brought a significant narcotics investigation to a head last week, with police seizing drugs, guns, and cash as they executed search warrants in two city neighborhoods. According to a report from ClickOnDetroit, the bust took place on Crocuslawn Avenue and Pinewood Street last Thursday, netting an assortment of illegal substances, firearms, and currency.
Detailing the raid specifics, officials stated that they confiscated 1.1 grams of cocaine, 299.6 grams of fentanyl, 31.4 grams of methamphetamine, 540 grams of an unidentifiable powder, three guns, and $1,558 in cash with the whole operation uncovering an estimated $31,304 worth of drugs. Moreover, they managed to put one individual behind bars in connection to these illegal activities although what charges will be filed and the identity of the accused have not been disclosed, as reported by ClickOnDetroit.
