
The Lancaster community has been left seeking answers after the tragic death of a 2-month-old baby boy, which occurred last Sunday at a home located in the 44000 block of Beech Avenue; as reported by KTLA, authorities received calls about an infant who was not breathing, prompting immediate response from deputies of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at around 8:19 a.m.
Despite the rapid arrival of firefighters and paramedics who attempted to provide aid to the infant, the Los Angeles County Fire Department confirmed that the child was pronounced dead at the scene, and no one was taken to the hospital after paramedics were dispatched at 8:21 a.m., according to a statement obtained by ABC7, casting a somber cloud over the neighborhood.
