
Las Vegas authorities are currently on the hunt for two suspects following a fatal stabbing that took a man's life over the weekend. The incident unfolded earlier yesterday in the vicinity of Paradise Road, near the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip, as FOX5 Vegas reported.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department conveyed that dispatchers were alerted to a commotion just before 12:30 a.m. on the 4500 block of Paradise Road. Arriving officers found themselves facing the aftermath of a violent altercation, a man with a fatal stab wound, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspects believed responsible had fled prior to police arrival, according to details shared by News 3 LV.
The investigation, now spearheaded by homicide detectives, seeks to piece together the events that led to the stabbing. The two suspects implicated in the confrontation are still at large. 8 News Now added that the information regarding the victim's identity and the precise cause of death would be dispensed by the Clark County Coroner’s Office at a later time.
Police are actively gathering witness statements and calling for public assistance. "Anyone with any information about this incident is urged to contact the LVMPD Homicide Section," as stated, by the official LVMPD news release.
