Following the recent honoring of the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk by Station Casinos in Las Vegas, a series of threats have prompted a 26-year-old man's arrest, according to 8 News Now. Thomas "TJ" Fedikovich is facing charges of coercion with threat of physical force and harassment after incidents where marquees displaying memorials to Kirk, who was fatally shot during an event at a Utah university, became the focal point of the threats.

Fedikovich reportedly made phone calls to the Station Casino demanding the removal of the memorials, with one of the threats stating, "Can you tell your boss there to take down that Charlie Kirk image on your sign? If you don’t do that, not only are we going to destroy your sign, we’re going to [expletive] and take out your CEO too," as disclosed by a report obtained by the 8 News Now Investigators. In response to the threats and other backlash, Station Casinos promptly removed the memorials from its properties.

Law enforcement tracked the threatening phone number to an application that produces disposable "burner" numbers, subsequently linking it to an email account held by Fedikovich, as per a report by 8 News Now. Fedikovich, whose car registration hinted at California residency despite an email indicating a Wisconsin connection, was arrested at a Starbucks near one of the casinos that had displayed the memorial.

After his arrest, Fedikovich denied responsibility for the threats and even proceeded to delete his social media accounts as officers tried to make contact, and although Fedikovich has since posted a $6,000 surety bond, it was reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the conditions of his release include electronic monitoring and orders to avoid contact with any employees and stay away from specific locations, including Sunset Station and the implicated Starbucks location; his preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 1 in front of Judge Sandra Allred DiGiacomo.
