Early this morning, a man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following a shooting in Raleigh, according to the Raleigh Police Department. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on the 1100 block of Pettis Place, near the Raleigh National Cemetery. CBS17 reported that officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was taken to a nearby hospital.
The shooter remains at large, and the Raleigh Police Department continues to investigate. WRAL noted that no arrests have been made, and the victim’s identity has not been released.
