On a Sunday morning in February, a pedestrian was fatally struck on the streets of Memphis. The Memphis Police Department reported that the incident occurred around 3:05 a.m. on February 16 at the intersection of Getwell Road and Willowview Avenue. The victim, identified as Eduardo Lopez, was hit by an unknown driver in a silver vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear, and investigators have been piecing together the whereabouts of the silver vehicle last seen traveling northbound on Getwell Road.
