The New Tampa Performing Arts Center (NTPAC) has announced its 2025-26 season, featuring a mix of classic and contemporary performances. According to Hillsborough County's newsroom, the season includes productions by the New Tampa Players, starting with Oklahoma! from Oct. 17-26, followed by The Spongebob Musical from Jan. 30-Feb. 1, and Annie from July 24-Aug. 2. The Tampa Bay Symphony, Tampa Jazz Club, and Tampa City Ballet (TCB) will also present various performances, including TCB’s La Séptima Society, Cinderella, and The Nutcracker.
The New Tampa Unplugged series resumes with O Som Do Jazz, a Brazilian bossa nova and samba-jazz ensemble, performing at 3 p.m. on Sept. 28. The new Solo Spotlight Series begins with The Light Bringer, a personal narrative performance by Laila Lee about her experiences growing up Muslim in the American South.
NTPAC continues its Affordable Art Commitment initiative, offering $10 tickets for selected produced and presented events. All film screenings remain free to the public, ensuring broader access to the arts for Tampa residents.
