The Philadelphia Police Department has released a call to action for the public to aid in locating a missing teenager, Xavier Walker. According to the information provided by the Philadelphia Police Department, Walker was last seen yesterday, at 9:00 pm, in the vicinity of E. Ashmead St. in the city's 14th District.
At the time of his disappearance, Xavier was described as a 16-year-old with a light brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. The police further detailed that Xavier was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, a black hoodie, black Crocs, and glasses.
