On Saturday, a significant crash occurred on East WT Harris Boulevard, spanning the stretch between Albemarle Road and Hickory Grove Road. According to WCNC, eight individuals were victimized in the accident, with half of them sustaining serious injuries. The other four suffered minor injuries.
Conveyance of the injured was rapidly managed; Medic's MCI bus transported three victims with minor injuries to a local hospital, as reported by QC News. In a separate incident late Friday evening, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on I-277 near Independence Boulevard. WBTV reports that the individual was hospitalized with serious injuries following the incident, which occurred around 10:30 p.m.
